Born in Kashmir, India. Interested in painting and drawing from childhood days. Schooling and college followed by university studies in science, humanities, and journalism. Took to study art against all odds. Studied Painting and Graphics at the Hochschule für künslerische und industrielle Gestaltung in Linz, Austria (Europe)
